Embodiment sessions serve to help you come into connection with your body and your own wild and sacred knowing. Rather than perceiving embodiment as a state to achieve,  I take the perspective that we are all embodied, all the time ( how could we not be, considering we are, in fact, experiencing the world through the body?). Our individual experiences of embodiment, however,  are unique and varied, and my desire is to help you feel safe, aligned, comfortable and alive in yours.

These sessions are moving, dynamic, alive, creative and collaborative containers, within which we will work to cultivate the most ideal circumstances for your unique embodiment as it unfolds in the moment. We will discuss your goals, hopes and desires, and work together to help you meet them, while creating a safe space for your unencumbered self to emerge. Sessions might include some combination of energy medicine, creative expression, somatic inquiry, movement, guided meditation, and talk.

Distance Reiki sessions are more passive than embodiment sessions, requiring nothing more of you than to lie down and receive the healing energy. Reiki is subtle and uninvasive while also powerful and deeply nourishing to the nervous system. The Reiki healing takes place over 30 minutes, followed by a 15 phone call to discuss, debrief and integrate anything that came up during the session. 

* Reiki sessions are included with certain packages, and are most beneficial in combination with 1-1 embodiment sessions.
